Örgütsel Özdeşleşmenin Sinizm ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti ile İlişkisi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışmada örgüte ilişkin olumlu ve olumsuz iş tutumlarının birbirleriyle olan ilişkileri incelenmiştir. Bireyin örgüte yönelik olumlu bir tutumu olan örgütsel özdeşleşme ile olumsuz tutumlar olan sinizm ve işten ayrılma niyeti (İAN) bu bağlamda ele alınmıştır. Örgütsel özdeşleşme düzeyi yüksek olan bireyler örgütlerini sanki kendileriymiş gibi algılamaktadır. Bu durumun olumsuz iş tutumlarını azaltıcı etki yapacağı değerlendirilerek hipotezler geliştirilmiş ve anılan hipotezler 176 özel sektör çalışanından elde edilen veriler ışığında test edilmiştir. Sonuçta örgütsel özdeşleşmenin sinizm ve İAN üzerinde negatif etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada ayrıca, yönetsel uygulamalara katkılar ve gelecekte yapılabilecek çalışmalara ilişkin değerlendirme ve öneriler sunulmuştur
