Liderin Kültürel Zekasının Astların Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı ile İş Doyumu Üzerine Etkisi

Bu çalışmanın amacı liderin kültürel zekâsı ile astların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve iş doyumu arasındaki ilişkileri araştırmaktır. Çok düzeyli bir bakış açısıyla değişkenler arasındaki karmaşık ilişkileri açıklamak üzere, uluslararası askerî bir örgütte çalışan 31 liderden ve bu liderlere bağlı 96 asttan veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, liderin kültürel zekâsının astların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve iş doyumu ile ilişkili olduğunu öne süren görüşü desteklemiştir. Genel olarak, liderin yüksek seviyedeki motivasyonel ve davranışsal kültürel zekâ bileşenlerinin astların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları ve liderden kaynaklanan iş doyumuyla ilişkili olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak, liderin üstbilişsel ve bilişsel kültürel zekâ bileşenleri ile astların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve liderden kaynaklanan iş doyumu arasındaki ilişkiler bir dereceye kadar zayıf ve anlamsız çıkmıştır. Uygulamaya ve araştırmaya yönelik pratik önerilere tartışma kısmında yer verilmiştir
