AİLE-İŞ ÇATIŞMASI, İŞ STRESİ VE ÖRGÜTSEL SADAKATİN İŞ PERFORMANSINA ETKİSİ: SAVUNMA SEKTÖRÜNDE AMPİRİK BİR ÇALIŞMA

İş performansı örgütsel başarımın önemli bir faktörüdür. İşletmelerde bu faktörün maksimize edilmesi önemli bir çalışma alanıdır. Bu çalışma ile savunma sektörü çalışanlarının aile-iş çatışma düzeylerinin, iş streslerinin ve örgütsel sadakat düzeylerinin iş performans düzeylerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, çalışanların aile-iş çatışma düzeylerinin iş performansını negatif ve anlamlı olarak ve örgütsel sadakatinin iş performansını pozitif ve anlamlı olarak etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, oluşturulan yapısal eşitlik modeli uyum iyiliği değerlerinin kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiş ve ortaya konulan yapısal modelin veriye uygun olduğu tespit edilmiştir
