SAHNE SANATLARINDA ETNO-KÜLTÜREL KİMLİK YORUMLARI: G. ROSSINI’NİN “İTALYA’DA BİR TÜRK” OPERASI ÖRNEĞİ

ÖZETOpera, ya da ilk adı ile dramma per musica (müzik için dram) sahne sanatlarının bileşik ve bütünleşikbiçimlerinden biridir. Burada, müzikal doku libretto (metin) ile birlikte eserin belkemiğini oluşturmakta,şiir ve müzik kadar mimik ve jest (hareket), dans, kostüm ve dekor ile bu tür, bileşik sanatlara en açıkörneklerdendir. Bu çalışmada opera sanatı, çeşitli tarihsel, politik ve sosyo-kültürel gelişmeler ışığındageçirdiği yapısal ve kurgusal değişim bazında ele alınmak istenmiştir. Bu bağlamda 2014-15 sanat sezonundaANTDOB tarafından sahnelenen G. Rossini’nin “İl Turco in İtalia” (“İtalya’da bir Türk”) adlı eseri, çağdaşreji gereği yüklendiği etno-kültürel kimlik yorumları çerçevesinde değerlendirilmek istenmiştir. Özelde,Selim (Selim Paşa) ya da Il Turco (Türk) karakteri üzerinde durulmakta, genelde ise eserin librettosunda veçağdaş sahne yorumundaki farklılıklar açısından, etno-kültürel kimlik, kod ve yansımalar tartışılmaktadır.Sahne sanatları aracılığı ile ulaştığı geniş ve pek çok açıdan çeşitlilik arz eden kitle dikkate alındığında,sanatsal yorumun önemi üzerinde durulmaktadır.Anahtar kelimeler: Rossini, İtalya’da bir Türk, Etno-Kültürel Kimlik, Çağdaş RejiABSTRACTOpera, (or firstly well known as dramma per musica) is one of the composite and integrated forms inperforming arts. Here libretto along with the musical texture are creating the backbone of the genre, allits components like poetry and music as so as gestures, dance movements, costumes and decor createsthe most explicit example of the composite arts. In this study the art of opera, was handled on the basisof a structural and fictional change undergone through the long period of historical, political and socioculturaldevelopments. In this context, G. Rossini's opera "Il Turco in Italia” staged by ANTDOB at the2014-15 art season, was tried to be discussed within the framework of ethno-cultural identity appearancein the contemporary adaptations. In particular paper is focusing on Selim (Selim Pasha) or the characterof “Il Turco” and on the other side the opera libretto, classical and contemporary scene adaptations andinterpretations of some important components as ethno-cultural identity, codes and reflections are discussedin terms of differences. Considering the wide and in many ways diverse audience that the performing artsreach, the importance of the artistic interpretation is emphasized.
