AVRUPA İNSAN HAKLARI MAHKEMESİNİN AİLE İÇİ ULUSLARARASI ÇOCUK KAÇIRMA İHTİLAFLARINA İLİŞKİN SEÇİLMİŞ KARARLARI

Çalışmamızda, çocukların aile içi bir ülkeden başka bir ülkeye kaçırılmasından kaynaklananhak ihlallerine ilişkin Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesinin (AİHM) verdiği kararlarincelenecektir. Konuya ilişkin, AİHM’de Türkiye aleyhine açılan davalar neticesinde verilenkararların tamamına yer verilmekle birlikte sözleşmeye taraf diğer devletler aleyhine önemarz eden kararlar da dikkate alınmış ve incelenmiştir.

SELECTED JUDGMENTS OF THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS REGARDING INTERNATIONAL PARENTAL CHILD ABDUCTION DISPUTES

This article aims to examine the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights regarding the violations of human rights in respect of international parental child abduction disputes. Within this context, not only the judgments having significant impacts given against other state parties are examined but also judgments of the ECtHR against Turkey are considered
