The concept of censorship is categorized in the same group as the terms of ban, oppression and dictatorship in virtually every society. It is also the cause of a centuries-old quarrel between those who hate the probability of any damage to the traditional structure and institutions in the running of the state and society and who, therefore, strongly object to the idea of change and those who argue that it is necessary to embrace almost every thing new for the development and improvement of the society.
