This study that aimed to investigate the relationship among perception of communication style, perception of communication quality, trust toward manager and job satisfaction, sampled employees from textile industry. Pearson's r correlation coefficient analyses showed that there are significant positive relations among these variables. Also, the results of regression analyses indicated the contribution of communication style on communication quality, trust toward manager and job satisfaction. These variables were also analysed interms of the variables of age, sex, and working period together with the current manager.
