SÜRECİN DEĞİŞİM MÜHENDİSLİĞİ VE YENİDEN DÜZENLENMESİ İLE GELİŞTİRİLMESİ

In response to competitive pressures, customer demands and changing regulatory condiiions, many companies are fundamentally rethinking the way they do business. Önce the fırm has achieved maximum performance in the daily operations, they will Jind opportunities to improve their processes. Four approaches to exploiting these opportunities are the continuous improvement, process redesign, benchmarking and process reengineering. In this article process redesign and reengineering methods have been considered. The concept of improvement is based on the Shewhard cycle.
