OKULÖNCESİ EĞİTİMDE ÖĞRETMEN-ÖĞRENCİ İLETİŞİMİNİN KİŞİLİĞİN GELİŞİMİNDEKİ YERİ
In this article, teacher's communicational behavior was reviewed in relation to the development of some personality characteristics of pre-school children. Self-acceptance, selftrust, sensitivity to the needs and emotions of his/her own and other people were discussed on the basis of relevant literature. Some practical advice for teachers in order to support the children's personality characteristics were stressed upon.
