İŞLETME ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN İŞ AHLAKINA YÖNELİK TUTUM ve DANRANIŞLARI

This research replicates the study of small (1992) in a setting comprised in this research, the attitudes towards business ethics held by Turkish students were investigated by using the scale which was originally adopted from Preble and Reichel (1988) In the context of this research, the attempt was to indicate the extent of perceptual differences among items in accordance with gender differences. T-test results revealed that these is a statistically significant difference between male and female business students with regards to 14 items out of 30 Finally, a conclusion and some implications were provided to facilitate for further research.
