ESENLİK (WELL-BEING) VE ÇATIŞMAYI ELE ALIŞ TARZI

Bu çalışmada esenlik ile çatışmayı ele alış tarzları arasındaki ilişki İncelenmektedir. Çatışmayı ele alış tarzları işbirliği yapma, uzlaşma, güç kullanma, uyma ve kaçınma olarak beş boyut içerisinde ele alınmaktadır, incelemelerde beş farklı çatışmayı ele alış tarzı ile esenlik arasında bir ilişkinin olup olmadığı test edilmektedir. Bu amaçla esenlik faktörleri ile çatışmayı ele alış tarzları faktörleri arasında korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar iki değişken arasında anlamlı ilişkilerin olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca, incelemelerde deneklerin cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, eğitim düzeyi, çalışma hayatındaki ve iş yerindeki kıdem, görev yaptığı departman, çalıştığı sektör açısından çatışmayı ele alış tarzı ile esenlik arasındaki ilişkiye de bakılmıştır. Toplam 330 geçerli anket toplanmıştır.
