ÇALIŞMA AMAÇLARININ TESBİTİ ve ÇALIŞMA AMAÇLARI TESTİNİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ

Çalışma eylemini anlamak amacıyla başlatılan bu araştırmada, genelde çalışma değerleri olarak ele alınan çalışma amacı incelenmiştir. İlk aşamada, açık uçlu bir soruyla, 239 deneğe çalışmanın nedenleri sorulmuştur. Cevaplan kapsam analizinden geçirdikten sonra elde edilen 79 madde ile çalışma amaçlarım ölçen bir test geliştirilmiştir. Test ölçekleri altı aralıklı olup tamamen katılıyorumdan hiç katılmıyoruma doğru uzanmaktadır. Farklı zaman ve ortamlarda bu test 417 üniversite öğrencisine ve 438 işgörene uygulanmıştır. 855 denekten toplanan veriler üzerinde yapılan faktör analizi 12 faktör vermiştir. Ortaya çıkan çalışma amaçlan ile batı araştırmalan arasındaki en bariz fark, bu araştırmanın çalışmaya dini bir boyut katmş olmasıdır. İkinci dereceden faktör analizi 12 faktörü üç boyutta toplamıştır.
