Molla Halil es-Si’irdî: “Şevkî” Mahlaslı Şair ve Kürtçe (Kurmancça) Şiirleri

Aslen Bitlis’in Hizan ilçesinden olan, ancak sonraları Siirt merkeze yerleştiği için Siirt’e nisbet edilen Molla Halil esSiirdî, pek çok eser veren ve Kürt medreseleri üzerinde ciddi anlamda tesiri olan alim bir şahsiyettir. O aynı zamanda Arapça ve Kürtçe manzûm edebî eserler veren edebî bir şahsiyettir de. Onun Kürtçe eserleri manzûm Nehcu’l-Enam ve Rîsaleya Tecwîdê adlı eserleridir. Fakat bu manzûm eserlerin dışında Arapça ve Kürtçe kaleme aldığı şiirleri de bulunmaktadır. Ne var ki bu şiirler şu ana kadar yazma eserlerde bulunmaktaydı. Elimizdeki iki mahtût şiir mecmuası içinde onun pek çok Arapça ve 4 Kürtçe şiiri bulunmaktadır. Bu mecmualardan bir tanesi bizzat kendisinin, diğeri de torununun torunu Şeyh Cüneyd-i Zokaydî’ye aittir. Molla Halil es-Siirdî’nin bu şiirlerde kullandığı mahlası “Şevkî”dir. Mollah Khalîl es-Si’irdî: a Poet with the Pen Name of “Şewqî” and his Kurmancî Kurdish Poems

Mollah Khalîl es-Si’irdî, who were from Hizan, Bitlis, in essence but attributed to Siirt as he then settled in Siirt city, was a prolific scholar and had an considerable influence over madrasahs of Kurds. He was also a literary figure who produced prose works written in Kurdish and Arabic. His Kurdish prose works are Nehcu’l-Enam and Rîsaleya Tecwîdê. However, there are poems that he had written in Arabic and Kurdish besides these prose works. Unfortunately, these poems had been in manuscript works so far. In the two manuscript macmû’ahs/poem magazines that are available to us, there are his many Arabic and 4 Kurdish poems. One of these magazines belonges to his own, and the other to Shaikh Cuneyd-i Zokaydi, his grandchild’s grandchild. The nickname that Mollah Khalil es-Si’irdi used in these poems is “Şewqî”.
