SATIŞ GÜCÜ OTOMASYONUNDA KARŞILAŞILAN ENGELLER VE ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ

Bilgi teknolojisinin gelişimi ile birlikte satış gücü yönetiminde teknoloji kullanımı satış gücünün performansını ve etkinliğini arttıran önemli bir faktör haline gelmiştir. Satış gücü otomasyonu SGO ve müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi, teknolojilerini kapsayan satış personelinin verimliliğini ve etkinliğini arttıran çeşitli teknolojilerin kullanılması ve bu teknolojilere uyum sağlanması artık daha fazla sorgulanmaktadır. Satış gücü otomasyon sistemlerinin karşısında bir çok engel bulunmaktadır. Bu engeller, satış gücü otomasyon sisteminin başarısını büyük ölçüde etkilemektedir. Araştırmalar satış gücü otomasyon projelerinde %55 ile %75 arasında başarısızlıkla karşılaşıldığını gösterdiğini göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle satış gücü otomasyonunun ne olduğu, önemi ve faydaları açıklanmaktadır. Son olarak satış gücü otomasyonunda karşılaşılan engeller belirtilerek bu engellerin aşılması için ne gibi önlemlerin alınabileceği hususunda bazı öneriler sunulmaktadır

IMPEDIMENTS FACED IN SALES FORCE AUTOMATION AND SOLUTION PROPOSALS

Technology usage with the development of information technology, it has become an important factor that increased sales force performance and efficiency in sales force management. Increasingly, salespeople are being asked to adapt and use a variety of technologies to increase their productivity and efficiency, including sales force automation and customer relationship management technologies. Sales force automation SFA ’s faced various impediments. Researches have shownthat 55–75% of SFA projects fail. This paper first identifies and explains what is sales force automation, its importance and utilities. Finally, after SFA’s impediments subject has been explained, it gives some proposals for take over the systems impediments
