Yumuşak Doku Mekanik Davranışının Modellenmesi için Yerinde Canlı (in vivo) İndentör Deneyleri

Yumuşak biyolojik dokular mühendislik malzemeleri ile karşılaştwıldıklarında daha karmaşık mekanik yanıta sahip canlı yapılardır. Yumuşak dokuların malzeme kanununun anlaşılabilmesi için ilk adım yapılacak sistematik deneylerdir. Farklı yumuşak doku deney yöntemleri olmakla birlikte bu çalışmanın amacı insan bedeninin çevre ile mekanik etkileşimini modelleyecek bir mekanik malzeme modeli oluşturulması için deneysel veri toplanması olduğundan yerinde canlı (in-vivo) deneysel yöntem seçilmiş ve elimizde bulunan yumuşak doku indentör cihazı yardımıyla deneyler yapılmış, bu deneylerin sonuçları sunulmuştur. Deneylere başlamadan önce, doğru ve güvenilir ölçümlerin yapılabilmesi için indentör ucu hareket hassasiyeti ve yumuşak doku tepki kuvveti verisi ölçüm hassasiyeti geliştirilmiştir. Kuvvet ölçümündeki verilerden gürültiinün temizlenmesi için uygun filtre seçilip kullanılmıştır. Deneylerin daha hassas ve rahat bir şekilde yapılabilmesi için indentör cihazını dokuya bağlayacak yeni bir sistem tasarlanmış ve üretilmiştir. Yapılan iyileştinneler ve eklentilerin ardından önkol üzerinde deneyler yapılmıştır. Deney protokolleri, devirli yükleme, gevşeme ve sünmedir. Dokunun devirli yükleme altında sergilediği alışma (Mullins) etkisi ve farklı hızlara yanıtı histeresiz büyüklükleri gözlenerek araştırılmıştır. Deney sonuçlarından önkol yumuşak dokusunun gevşeme ve sünme özellikleri gösteren, deneyin ilk birkaç devrinde alışma etkisi gösteren sonrasında tekrar edilebilir sonuçlar veren, belirgin biçimde mekanik enerji kaybına neden olan (histeresiz) malzeme özellikleri gösterdiği görülmüştür. Gevşeme ve sünme deney sonuçları kullanılarak bu verileri modelleyebilecek farklı Prony serilerine ait parametrelerin değerleri ve modelleme hassasiyetleri tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin yumuşak doku malzeme kanununun belirlenmesi için katkısı olacaktır.
