BÜTÜNLEŞİK KALİTE-ÇEVRE YÖNETİM SİSTEMİ

Öz Günümüzde, sınırların ortadan kalktığı küresel pazarlarda hakim olabilmek ve rekabet avantajı elde etmek isteyen firmalar ISO 9000 ve ISO 14000 gibi standartlara önem vermeye başlamışlar ve çok çeşitli alanlardaki yönetim sistemlerine dayalı, hızlı bir gelişme gösteren bu standartların birleştirilmesi fikrini gündemlerine almışlardır. Eğer bir firma ISO 9000 standartlarına uyumluluk gösterip bu sistemi bünyesinde oluşturmuşsa, ISO 14000 standardını bu sisteme adapte ederek birleştirilmiş tek bir yönetim sistemi oluşturması kolaylaşacaktır. Her iki standardın da pek çok ortak unsurlarının olması, bütünleşik bir sistemin kurulmasını sağlayabilecektir. Ayrıca bu iki standardın birleştirilmesi önemli bir kaynak tasarrufu sağlayacaktır. Bu araştırmada, ISO 9000 ve ISO 14000 standartlarının birleştirilme imkanı araştırılacak ve olası bir bütünleşmenin yararları açıklanacaktır.
