KREDİ KARTI SAHİPLİĞİNDE ETKİLİ OLAN FAKTÖRLERİN ARAŞTIRILMASI: ERZURUM ÖRNEĞİ

Bu çalışmada Erzurum İl Merkezinde kredi kartı kullanım yaygınlığı ölçülmüş ve kredi kartı sahipliğine etki eden faktörler belirlenmiştir. Kredi kartı sahipliğinde etkili olan demografik, sosyal, ekonomik faktörler olabileceği gibi; kredi kartının özelliğinden ve kredi kartını veren bankanın hizmetlerinden duyulan memnuniyet de kredi kartı sahipliğinde etkili olabilir. Kurulan logit modele göre kredi kartı sahipliğinde etkili olan faktörler, meslek, aylık toplam gelir, alışverişte tercih edilen ödeme şekli, kredi kartının faydalı olduğu düşüncesi ve kredi kartlarının tüketimi artırdığı düşüncesidir.

SEARCHING THE FACTORS HAVING CREDIT CARD: A SURVEY STUDY IN ERZURUM

In this study, the factors related with having credit card in Erzurum have been searched by a logit model. There are demographic, social, cultural, and economic variables in the model. The final model is statistically significant. According to the model, job, average household income per month, payment method at shopping, usefulness of credit card and increasing the shopping tendency are statistically significant on having credit card.
