İşten Ayrılma Niyetinin Belirleyeni olarak Psikolojik Rahatlık

Yine bu araştırmalarda görülen bir diğer sonuç işgören devrini etkileyen en büyük etken olarak işten ayrılma niyetinin görülmesidir. Finansal ve fiziksel nedenlerin işten ayrılma niyetini tam olarak açıklayamaması psikolojik nedenlerin önemini ortaya koymaktadır. İşten ayrılma niyetinin belirleyenlerinin ortaya konulması gereken tedbirlerin alınmasını sağlayabilir. Psikolojik rahatlık algısı çalışanın herhangi bir konuda örgüt için faydası olacağını düşündüğü fikrini ifade ederken, görüşlerini paylaşırken, yenilikleri sunarken psikolojik olarak kendini rahat hissetme seviyesini gösteren alanyazına yeni girmiş bir olgudur. 326 özel sektör çalışanı üzerinde yapılan bu araştırmada veriler daha güvenilir ve geçerli sonuçlar sunan WarPls yazılımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlar psikolojik rahatlık algısının işten ayrılma niyetini olumsuz olarak etkilediğini ortaya koyarken, demografik değişkenlere göre farklılaştığını da göstermektedir.
