KONAKLAMA İŞLETMESİ ÇALIŞANLARININ DUYGUSAL BAĞLILIKLARI, İŞLETMEDE KALMA NİYETİ VE PERFORMANSI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ: ANTALYA OTEL İŞLETMELERİNDE ARAŞTIRMA
Değişen ve sürekli gelişen iş dünyasında insan kaynaklarının önemini
kavrayan günümüzün başarılı işletmeleri, çalışanlarını örgüte duygusal yönlü
bağlamak istemektedirler. Çalışanların örgütün amaç, değer ve hedeflerini
kabullendiği, bunları gerçekleştirme ve örgütte kalma doğrultusunda güçlü istek
duyduğu duygusal bağlılık örgütün başarısında oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın
amacı, çalışanlarının duygusal bağlılıkları, işletmede kalma niyeti ve performansı
arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Çalışma, araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak
hazırlanan bir anket aracılığı ile Antalya ili Beldibi ve Göynük bölgelerinde
faaliyet gösteren otel işletmelerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin
analizinde; Güvenilirlik Analizi, Faktör Analizi, Korelasyon ve Regresyon
analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen analizler sonucunda duygusal
bağlılık, işletmede kalma niyeti ve işgören performansı boyutları arasında anlamlı
ve pozitif yönlü ilişki bulunmuştur.
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AFFECTIVE COMMITMENT, INTENTION TO STAY AT WORK AND WORKER PERFORMANCE OF ACCOMMODATION COMPANIES EMPLOYEES: A RESEARCH IN ANTALYA HOTEL BUSİNESS
Today's successful businesses that understand the importance of human resources
in a changing and constantly evolving business world want to connect their
employees emotionally. The affective Commitment that the employees are willing to accept, realize, and stay in the organization's goals, values and goals is a very
important commitment for the organization. The aim of this study is to examine
the relationship of workers between emotional commitment, intention to stay at
work and performance. The study was conducted in a hotel operated in the
provinces of Beldibi and Göynük in the province of Antalya through a
questionnaire prepared for the purpose of the research. In the analysis of the
obtained data; Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, Correlation and Regression
Analyzes were performed. As a result of Correlation and Regression analyzes, a
significant and positive relationship was found between emotional commitment,
intention to stay in the business and performance in the work place.
