OECD ÜLKELERİNİN TELEKOMÜNİKASYON SEKTÖRLERİNİN ETKİNLİĞİNİN VERİ ZARFLAMA ANALİZİ İLE ÖLÇÜLMESİ-2

Öz Veri Zarflama Analizi(VZA), çok sayıda girdi ve çıktının söz konusu olduğu organizasyonel birimlerin göreceli etkinliklerini ölçmekte kullanılan doğrusal programlama tabanlı bir tekniktir. Bu çalışmada, Veri Zarflama Analizi yardımıyla ülkemizin de üyesi bulunduğu OECD ülkelerinin telekomünikasyon sektörlerinin etkinlik puanları ölçülerek karşılaştırılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, ülkemiz telekomünikasyon sektöründe yapılması gereken iyileştirmeler tespit edilmiş ve gerekli görülen öneriler sunulmuştur.
