Çocuğun bedensel, zihinsel ve psikolojik olarak yetişkinlerden farklı özellikler göstermesi suça yönelmiş çocuklara farklı yöntem ve uygulamalarla yaklaşılmasını gerektirmektedir. Çocuğun büyüme ve gelişme sürecine paralel bir şekilde düzenlenen bu yöntem ve uygulamaların yargılama sürecinde olduğu gibi sonrasında da devam ettirilmesi, çocukların topluma kazandırılması açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle çalışmada özellikle farklı ülkelerdeki tahliye sonrası uygulamalar da dikkate alınarak, suça yönelmiş çocukların topluma kazandırılmasında bireylere, ailelere ve yetkili kurumlara düşen görev ve sorumluluklar konusunda öneriler sunulmuştur.

The physical, intellectual and psychological differences of the children from the adults requires approaching to the juvenile offenders with different methods and implementations. Maintenance ofsuch methods and implementations organized in parallel with the development of the growth and development of the child bear a great importance for adapting those children to the society.İn this study, for this reason, some recommendations have been delivered taking the post-discharge implementations in different countries into the consideration, on the tasks and responsibilities of the individuals, families and pertinent authorities for adapting juvenile offenders to the society/
