AFGANİSTAN, HİNDİSTAN VE PAKİSTAN’IN TARİH ÖNCESİNDE ARKEOLOJİ VE METAL TEKNOLOJİSİ

Öz Hindistan ve Pakistan’daki son araştırmalar İndus Medeniyeti ile ilgilibilgilerimizi artırdı. Ancak Eski Dünya prehistorik medeniyetlerinin coğrafikolarak en geniş dağılımı, kökeni ve düşüşüyle ilgili bilgilerimiz hâlâeksiktir. En eski metal teknolojisi İran’la erken ilişkilere işaret edenAfganistan ve Belûcistan’daki Kalkolitik kültürlerde temsil edilmektedir. İndusMedeniyetinin daha geç olan başlangıcıyla açıkça Batı’dan temin edilenmetalürji, teknik olarak mükemmel bir zanaattır. Metal objelerin teknolojikişlemleri ve tipolojik görünümleri tartışılır. Ganj-Jumna’nın metal birikimleriparalel olmamakla birlikte Hindistan’da yaygın bir metalürji geleneği olarakgörülmektedir.
