Hırs, insanda bulunan duygulardan ve psikolojik zaaflardan birisidir. Hadisler incelendiğinde Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v)'in, telkinlerle bu duyguyu iyi şeyler yapmaya özellikle de ahireti kazanmaya yönlendirdiği ve böylece bu zaafı tedavi ettiği görülmektedir.
