Yaşam Boyu Öğrenmeyi Etkileyen Faktörler

Yaşam boyu öğrenme; bireyin yaşamı boyunca bilgisini, becerilerini, yeterliklerini bireysel, sosyal ya da mesleki olarak geliştirmeyi amaçlayan tüm etkinlikler olarak tanımlanmıştır. Yaşam boyu öğrenme kapsamında örgün öğrenme, yaygın öğrenme, mesleki eğitim, teknik eğitim, hizmet içi ve hizmet dışı tüm eğitim ve öğretimler yer almaktadır. Literatür, yaşam boyu öğrenmenin birçok faktörle ilişkisine dikkat çekmektedir. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmanın amacı, yaşam boyu öğrenmeyi etkileyen faktörleri ve bu faktörler arasındaki ilişkiyi kuramsal bağlamda ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışmada, literatür taraması yöntemi kullanılarak derleme türünde bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda yaşam boyu öğrenme bileşenlerini oluşturan yapılar belirlenmiş ve kuramsal bir yapı oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu yapı içerisinde yaşam boyu öğrenmeyi etkileyen kültürel yapı, tutum, beceri, yeterlik, okuryazarlık, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri gibi faktörler diğer bileşenlerle ilişkili olarak şemalaştırılmıştır

Factors Affecting Lifelong Learning

Lifelong Learning is an inclusive term sporting whole individual, social and professional, knowledge, skills and competence development activities. Lifelong learning covers a range of educational structures including formal, nonformal, vocational, technical and in-service learning. Related literature indicates relationships between various factors and life-long learning. In this context this paper aims to reveal factors affecting lifelong learning and relationships among these factors on a theoretical basis. In this study, a review research was done through used literature review method. Paper concludes with a list of factors constituting lifelong learning and a theoretical framework utilizing these factors. This framework represents such as cultural structures, skills, attitudes, competences, literacies and ICT factors within a scheme
