PLANLAMADA JEOLOJİK EŞİKLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİNE İLİŞKİN ANALİTİK BİR MODEL ÖNERİSİ-PORTSMOUTH (İNGİLTERE) ÖRNEĞİ

Kentsel arazi kullanım kararlarının, kente özgü jeolojik eşik ve özellik kriterlerinin değerlendirilmesi esasınadayanılarak gerçekleştirilmesi, jeotehlike süreçlerinden uzak sürdürülebilir ve sağlam kentler yaratılmasındatemel adımdır. Arazi kullanım kararını etkileyen birden fazla kriter olduğunda karar verme karmaşık bir süreçalır. Bu süreçte kriterlerin önceliği ve ağırlığı, kentsel kullanımın amacına göre değişir. Bu noktadan hareketlekentsel alanlar için en doğru kullanım yaklaşımlarını sunabilmek amacıyla coğrafi bilgi sistemleri ile çoklu kriteranaliz teknikleri entegre edilerek, çoklu kriter karar destek sistemine dayalı analitik bir model geliştirilmiştir.Model İngiltere’nin güney ucunda yer alan Portsmouth Kenti özelinde uygulanarak, yüksek bloklar, orta katlıbinalar, az katlı binalar, sanayi alanları, atık depolama alanları ve açık yeşil alan kullanımları için test edilmiştir.
