FROM BATAILLEAN LAW AND GENERAL ECONOMY TO DERRIDAN DECONSTRUCTION

The text, in which Georges Bataille's general economy concept will be analyzed; shows economic ties that divide profane and sacred. Bataille takes the general economy in front of the limited one, tends to excess and this rises the transgression. Transgression depends on the excessing of the daily processes and, it becomes the excess of the law. In the text, the transgression will be analyzed in a Derridean manner over master and slave dialectic and it will be shown that transgressive humans will reach the différansive threshold with deconstruction.
