Keynesian Regional Multiplier

Keynesian Regional Multiplier

The multiplier mechanism is first introduced by R.F. Khan. Then, with the contributions of Keynes, it is expressed as a coefficient used to measure how much the public expenditures affect national income. Due to the popularity of the multiplier mechanism, it has led to the emergence of broader multiplier types. One of these species is the Keynesian regional multiplier. The aim of this paper is to present the theoretical principles of the Keynesian regional multiplier. The Keynesian regional multiplier emerges from standard Keynesian national income-expenditure multiplier as the adaptation of the Keynesian income-aggregate demand explanation to a region.
