This study aims to put avaibilities of external factors that effect taxpayers negatively on tax adaptation according to sample group and to determine the other external factors that are not previously examined in the emprical literature. We can determine the other external factors that should be added in literature with this study. We use Logistic Regression Analyze to state the relations between variables  and Chi-square Test to state double relations between variables. According to the results, with the addition that external factors in literature are avaible, failure in fiscal transparency, failure in political policy, deficiency to submit public goods and services have a strong meaningful effect on tax awareness. Also tax burden and insufficiency of tax audit have an effect on tax awareness as seen in literature.
