BIBLIOMETRICS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND CIRCULAR ECONOMY

Sensitivity in the reduction activities in the waste generation process in the current and linear economic system that started with the industrial revolution continues with the circular economy starting with sustainable development. In this study, a bibliometric profile of Science Direct journals related to sustainable development and circular economy, which has been published in most research and review articles in 2018, has been tried to be put forward. These magazines; Journal of Cleaner Production (46), Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews (14), Procedia CIRP (11), Ecological Economics (7) and Bioresource Technology (2). A total of 80 articles were examined. 12 of these articles are in review and 68 of them are research articles. In this study, 9 questions were asked and the answers were tried to be found. This study is intended to be a useful reference to the studies to be carried out with the circular economy and sustainable development.
