Bu çalışmamızın amacı değerlerin iktisadi kalkınma üzerindeki rolüdür. Bunun için öncelikle iktisadi kalkınma kavramı ele alınacak, ardında da değerler başlığı altında din, iş ahlâkı (Protestan iş ahlâkı, Yahudi iş ahlâkı, İslam iş ahlâkı), örgüt kültürü, aile yapısı, örf ve adetler incelenecektir. Son olarak da değerlerin iktisadi kalkınmada ne gibi etkisi olduğu açıklanacaktır.

The aim of this study is the rolus of values on economic development.  Therefore, at first the concept of economic development will be discussed, then religion, work ethics (Protestant work ethics, Jew work ethics, Islam work ethics),  organizational culture, family structure, general customs will be analysed under the title of values.  Finally the effects of values on economic development will be explained.
