Ankara ili armut (Pyrus communis L.) bahçelerinde saptanan Tylenchida (Nematoda) takımına ait bitki paraziti nematodlar

Bu çalışmada Ankara ili armut (Pyrus communis L.) bahçelerinde bulunan Tylenchida (Nematoda) takımına ait bitki paraziti türlerin taksonomik açıdan incelenmesi yapılmıştır. 2003 yılında ergin Tylenchida türlerinin yoğun bulunduğu yaz aylarında toplam 20 armut bahçesine gidilerek toprak ve kök örnekleri alınmıştır. Alınan toprak ve kök örneklerinden elde edilen nematodların daimi preparatları hazırlanarak, Tylenchida takımına ait türlerin ölçüm ve teşhisleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda Tylenchida takımının Tylenchina, Hoplolaimina ve Criconematina alttakımlarına bağlı Tylenchoidea, Anguinoidea, Hoplolaimoidea, Dolichodoridea ve Tylenchuloidea üst familyalarından 6 familya, 10 alt familya ve 18 cins'e bağlı 35 tür saptanmıştır. Tespit edilen türlerden; Filenchus andrassyi (Szczygiel) Andrassy, Filenchus sheri (Khan & Khan) Siddiqi, Coslenchus franklinea Siddiqi, Basiria hiberna Bernard, Basiria shahidi Khanve Paratylenchus nawadus Khan, Prasad & Mathur Türkiye nematod faunası için yeni kayıt niteliğindedir. Çalışmada saptanan en yaygın türler; Pratylenchoides alkani Yüksel, Pratylenchus penetrans (Cobb) Flipjev & Schuurmans Stekhovenve Filenchus filiformis (Bütschli) Meyl'dir.

Plant parasitic nematodes of Tylenchida (Nematoda) associated with pear (Pyrus communis L.) orchards in Ankara district

In this study, plant parasitic species of Tylenchida (Nematoda) in pear (Pyrus communis L.) orchards in Ankara district are examined in taxonomic aspect. In 2003, during the summer months, when adult Tylenchida species are more abundant, soil and plant root samples were taken from 20 pear orchard. From these samples, nematodes were extracted, prepared and the ones belonging to Tylenchida were measured and identified. As a result, totally 35 species were determined belonging 18 genus of 10 subfamilies of 6 families of Tylenchoidea, Anguinoidea, Hoplolaimoidea, Dolichodoridea, Tylenchuloidea superfamilies of Tylenchina, Criconematina and Hoplolaimina suborders of Tylenchida order. Among these species; Filenchus andrassyi (Szczygiel) Andrassy, Filenchus sheri (Khan & Khan) Siddiqi, Coslenchus franklinea Siddiqi, Basiria hiberna Bernard, Basiria shahidi Khanand Paratylenchus nawadus Khan, Prasad & Mathurare determined for the first time in the Nematoda fauna of Turkey. The most encountered species in this study are Pratylenchoides alkani Yüksel, Pratylenchus penetrans (Cobb) Flipjev & Schuurmans Stekhovenand Filenchus filiformis (Bütschli) Meyl.
