istatistiksel Proses Kontrol (İPK), önemli bir kalite geliştirme tekniği olarak seri üretim yapan proseslerde kuUamlmaktadır. Söğüt Seramik AŞ yer karosu bünye (Masse) üretim prosesinden elde edilen verilerle kontrol kart ve proses yeterlilik analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bünye mukavemet değerlerinin spesifıkasyonlarm dışında yoğunlaşma göstermesi ve Cp ile Cpk indislerinin 1,00'den daha az değerlerde olması proses için bir tehlikenin oluştuğunu göstermektedir. Nominal ortalamanın spesifikasyonlarla olan ilişkisi tesbit edilmiş ve prosesdeki problemler tahmin edilmiştir

Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used as an important quality improvement technique for continuous production processes. Control charts and process capability analyses were made using data from Masse production process at Söğüt Seramik AŞ Cp and Cpk indices were less than 1.00 and also compressive strength values fell outside the specifications values showing a serious trouble in the process. Relationship between nominal average value and specifications was determined and potential problems were predicted in the process
