Bu yazıda, yatırım projelerinde üretilen karar kriterlerinin finans yapısına bağlı değişimi incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla örnek bir çalışma bazında finans yapısında olabilecek değişkenler hareketlendirilerek öz sermaye verimindeki değişimler irdelenmiştir.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the variations of the decision criteria produced in investment projects depending upon the financial structure. Variables which may appear in financial structure have been mobilized and the variations in the profitability of the equity capital have been discussed with a case study
