İSTENMEYEN ÖĞRENCİ DAVRANIŞLARININ ÖĞRETMEN VE OKULDAN KAYNAKLANAN NEDENLERİ

Eğitim kurumlarının amaçlarını gerçekleştirmek üzere yaptıkları etkinlikleri etkili biçimde gerçekleştirebilmeleri için uygun bir okul ve sınıf düzenin kurulması ve sürdürülmesi önemlidir. Eğitim kurumlarının uygun bir okul ve sınıf düzeni oluşturma ve sürdürmelerini engelleyici çeşitli etkenler bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan birisi de öğretmen ve okul etkenlerinden kaynaklanan bazı istenmeyen öğrenci davranışlarıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı öğrencilerin istenmeyen davranış göster–melerinde öğretmen ve okula bağlı bazı davranış ve durumların ne kadar etkili oluğunu öğrenci ve öğretmen görüşlerine dayalı olarak belirlemektir. Araştırmanın verileri 381 lise öğretmeni ve 1101 lise öğrencisine araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen anketin uygulanmasıyla elde edilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin çözüm–lenmesinde betimsel istatistikler ortalama ve standart sapma, ikili karşılaştırmak–larda t-testi, çoklu karşılaştırmalarda varyans analizi Ftesti kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçları öğretmen ve okula bağlı istenmeyen bazı davranış ve durumların öğrencilerin istenmeyen davranış göstermelerinde oldukça etkili olduğunu koymuştur

REASONS OF STUDENT MISBEHAVIORS RESULTING FROM TEACHERS AND SCHOOLS

Establishing and maintaining convenient school and classroom order is vital for the educational institutions to fulfill their activities effectively in order to achieve their aims. There are some factors hindering educational institutions to establish and maintain convenient school and classroom order. One of them is the misbehaviors of the students resulting from teachers and schools. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the behaviors and circumstances on student misbehaviors resulting from teachers and schools based on the teacher and student views. The data of the study were collected through the administration of the questionnaire developed by the researchers to the samples consisted of 381 high school teachers and 1101 students. Descriptive statistics arithmetic means, standard deviation, t –test for dual comparisons, variance analysis F test for multiple comparisons were applied in data analysis. The results of the study revealed that some undesired teacher behaviors and school circumstances effect the misbehaviors of the students significantly
