Kariyer Olarak Girişimcilik ve Girişimcilik Niyetini Etkileyen Faktörlerin İçerik Analizi ile Belirlenmesi

Bu çalışma, işletme bölümü öğrencilerinin kariyer niyetini belirlemeyi ve girişimcilik kariyeri niyetini etkileyen faktörleri ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma, Sakarya Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören ve seçmeli girişimcilik dersi alan işletme bölümü öğrencilerinin katılımı ve görüşleriyle sınırlıdır. Araştırma için iki bölümden oluşan bir form tasarlanmış ve kullanılmıştır. Böylece katılımcıların demografik bilgileri, kariyer niyetleri ve kariyer olarak girişimciliğe niyetlenmele–rini etkileyen faktöre ilişkin veriler toplanmış ve analiz için gerekli metinler oluşturulmuştur. Yapılan analizden sonra ise, elde edilen bulgular tartışılmış ve konu sonuca bağlanmıştır

ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS A CAREER AND DETERMINATION OF EFFECTING FACTORS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION BY USING CONTENT ANALYSIS

The aim of this study is finding out the career intention and determines the factors which effect their entrepreneurial intentions of business department students. The study is limited by participation and ideas of business department students which attended entrepreneurship course at Sakarya University. For research, the form was designed and used which contains two sections. By using this form, requirement data related demographic information and career intention and factors that affect their entrepreneurial intentions were collected.
