Algılanan Örgütsel Desteğin Örgütsel Özdeşleşmeye Etkisi: Örgütsel Sinizmin Aracı Rolü

Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel destek, örgütsel sinizm ve örgütsel özdeşleşme arasındaki ilişkileri ele almaktır. Çalışmada örgütsel desteğin sinizm aracılığıyla özdeşleşme üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmada öncelikle değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi ele alan araştırmalar incelenmiş ve bu doğrultuda hipotezler oluşturulmuştur. Hipotezlerin testi için Aksaray ilinde faaliyette bulunan 218 banka çalışanından anket tekniğiyle veri toplanmıştır. Gerekli istatistiksel analizler yapıldıktan sonra örgütsel desteğin özdeşleşmeyi olumlu, sinizmi ise olumsuz yönde etkilediği gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca analiz sonuçları örgütsel desteğin özdeşleşmeye etkisinde örgütsel sinizmin kısmi aracı rol üstlendiğini de göstermiştir

THE EFFECTS OF PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT ON ORGANIZATIONAL IDENTIFICATION: THE MEDIATING ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CYNICISM

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationships among organizational support, organizational cynicism and organizational identification. In the study, the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational identification through the mediating role of organizational cynicism was investigated. First, a literature review was carried out with respect to the studies associating the mentioned variables. Later in light of the literature review, hypotheses were formulated. To test the hypotheses, data were gathered through a survey conducted on 218 bank employees operating in Aksaray province. After statistic analyses, it was observed that organizational support has a positive effect on organizational identification and organizational support has a negative effect on organizational cynicism. Furthermore, it was observed that the effect of organizational support on organizational identification is partially mediated by organizational cynicism
