Öz ÖZETBu çalışmanın amacı, eğitim ve öğretim etkinliklerinin yapılandırılmasında asli unsurlardan olan felsefi ve kültürel temeller üzerinde durarak program tasarımı ve geliştirme çalışmalarına ışık tutmaktır. Günümüzde felsefi ve kültürel temelleri zayıf olan eğitim ve öğretim programlarının hedeflenen ve beklenen başarıyı elde etmede yetersiz kalacağı açık olduğundan, bu iki asli temel objektif olarak değerlendirilip programların merkezine alınmalıdır. Bu çalışma, ifade etmeye çalıştığımız bu temel değerlerin farkına varılmasına ve böylece hedeflenen başarıyı sağlamaya yönelik olarak hazırlanmıştır.Anahtar Sözcükler: Eğitim Programı, Program Geliştirme, Kültür, Felsefe, Eğitim Felsefesi. ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to brighten the way of curriculum design and development by studying on the cultural and philosophical basements which are the real instrumants to construct the educational activities.Nowadays, although it is clear that the curriculums having weak cultural and philosophical basements are not successful enough to gain the planned success, the two real basements must be evaluated objectively and put into the center of the curriculums.This study has been carried out to become aware of the two basing values and thus to manage to have the planned success.Keywords: Curriculum, Curriculum Development, Culture, Philosophy, Education Philosophy.
