Öz Özet: Bu çalışma, Türkiye'nin en büyük 200 sanayi işletmesindegerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın konusu, stratejik insan kaynaklarıplanlamasındakî etkinliklerinin temel unsurların uygulamasınıdegerlemektir.Çalışmanm sonuçlarına göre, stratejik insan kaynaklanplanlamasını gerçekleştiren işletmeler, genellikle, bu planlamanın temelunsurlarım göz önüne almaktadırlar. Abstract: This study was conducted in the biggest two hundredindustrial business of Turkey. The main theme of this research is to assess theapplication of the main elements in the strategic human resources planning theoutcomes of the study show that when the industrial companies put strategichuman resources planning into practice, to a large extent, this consider thefundamental elements of the planning.
