ÖĞRENCİLERİN MOTİVASYONEL DEĞERLERİNİN GİRİŞİMCİLİK NİYETLERİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ VE BİR UYGULAMA

Öz Bu çalışma, öğrencilerin motivasyonel değerlerinin girişimcilik niyetleri üzerine etkisini sorgulamaktadır. Çalışmada değer ve girişimcilik niyeti arasındaki ilişki açıklanmış, buna ek olarak öğrenciler üzerinde bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Son bölüm araştırma safhasını anlatmaktadır. Çalışma, Atatürk Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi’nde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin değerleri ve girişimci niyetlerini ortaya koymak için yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda, motivasyonel değerlerin girişimcilik niyeti üzerindeki etkisi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.
