Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı, fuzzy TOPSİS yöntemini kullanarak sanal
mağazaların web sitelerinin müşterilerin beğenilerine göre sıralamasını
yapmaktır. Dört karar verici (müşteri) tarafından dört sanal mağazanın web
sitesi, dizayn, ürün çeşitliliği, müşteri hizmetleri ve bilgi zenginliği kriterlerine
göre değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmede üçgen fuzzy sayılar kullanılmıştır.
Fuzzy TOPSİS yöntemi ile yapılan sıralama; www.hepsiburada.com,
www.bidolu.com, www.weblebi.com, www.ideefixe.com şeklinde
gerçekleşmiştir.
