GÜVENLİK İKLİMİ VE İŞ TATMİNİ İLİŞKİSİNDE BİREY-ÖRGÜT UYUMUNUN ARACI ROLÜ

Öz Bu çalışmanın amacı güvenlik iklimi ve iş tatmini ilişkisinde birey-örgüt uyumunun (BÖU) aracı rolünü ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırma için iş kazası oranı ve personel devir hızı yüksek olan tekstil sektöründen uluslararası faaliyet gösteren kurumsallaşmış bir işletme tercih edilmiştir. 638 katılımcıdan anket yoluyla alınan bilgiler doğrultusunda değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler birtakım analizlerle incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre güvenlik ikliminin iş tatmini ve birey-örgüt uyumu üzerinde pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Aynı şekilde birey-örgüt uyumunun da iş tatmini üzerinde pozitif bir etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca güvenlik ikliminin iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde birey-örgüt uyumunun aracılık rolü oynadığı ortaya konmuştur.
