Öz ABSTRACTKadro magazine which was published in the leadership of ŞevketSüreyya, Vedat Nedim, Yakup Kadri, İsmail Hüsrev and Burhan Asafconstİtutes the first and the most important chain of Kemalism and etatism.Kadro members found the opportunity to explain their thoughts for threeyears, rom the begining of 1932 until the early 1935, through the publicatİonorgan named "Kadro". The most strİct reaction came from RebublicanPeople's Party against Kadro Movement who appeared out of RPP andundertook the to systematically develop "the ideology of revolutin" called"Kemalism" on which the current power was based on. Moreover, theleading directors of İş Bank considered as the most importantrepresenttatives of capital market and liberal-demokrat intellectuals opposedto Kadro members. it is certain that their attempts towards RPP andespecially Atatürk weakened Kadro movement.
