MESLEKİ BAĞLILIK İLE ÇALIŞANLARIN ÖRGÜTTE KALMA NİYETİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİYİ İNCELEMEYE YÖNELİK GÖRGÜL BİR ÇALIŞMA

Bu çalışmada mesleki bağlılık ile örgütte kalma niyeti arasında nedensel bir ilişki olup-olmadığı incelenmektedir. Çalışmada sorgulanan temel problemin formüle edilmesinde araştırmacıların saha gözlemleri etkili olmuştur. Bu kapsamda 305 öğretmeni kapsayan bir örneklem üzerinde çalışma yürütülmüştür. Mesleki bağlılık ve örgütte kalma niyeti arasındaki olası nedensel ilişkileri belirlemek amacıyla alternatif modeller tasarlanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda mesleki bağlılık ile örgütte kalma niyeti arasında doğrudan nedensel bir ilişki tespit edilememiştir. Ancak bulgular, iş tatmininin aracı etkisi ile mesleki bağlılığın örgütte kalma niyeti üzerinde etkili olabildiğini göstermektedir. Araştırma kapsamında ayrıca iş tatminin örgütte kalma niyeti üzerinde doğrudan ve güçlü bir etkiye sahip olduğu; örgüt değerlerini benimseyen ve yöneticisinden tatmin olan bireylerin örgütte kalma niyetlerinin de yüksek olacağı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda ulaşılan bulgular gelecek çalışmalar için öneriler sonuç bölümünde tartışılmıştır.
