ÇALIŞANLARIN KONTROL ODAKLARININ ÖRGÜT İÇİ GİRİŞİMCİLİK TUTUMLARI İLE İLİŞKİSİ: KAMU SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Bu çalışmada, bakanlıklar ve bakanlıkların bağlı/ilgili kuruluşlarından rastlantısal olarak belirlenen 172 kamu çalışanının kontrol odaklarının, “yenilikçilik”, “risk alma ve fırsatlara odaklanma” alt boyutları ile ele alınan örgüt içi girişimcilik tutumları ile ilişkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları değerlendirildiğinde iç kontrol odaklı çalışanların dış kontrol odaklılarla karşılaştırıldığında daha yenilikçi, daha fazla risk alabilen ve fırsatlara odaklanabilen kişiler oldukları, ancak genel olarak kamu çalışanlarının sahip olduğu risk alma ve fırsatlara odaklanma tutumlarının düşük seviyede olduğu görülmüştür.
