ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK İLE İŞGÖREN PERFORMANSI İLİŞKİSİNİ İNCELEMEYE YÖNELİK BİR ALAN ARAŞTIRMASI

Hizmet üreten işletmeler olan bankalar, mal üreten işletmeler gibi müşteri istek ve ihtiyaçlarını tatmin etmek amacındadırlar. İşletmeler işgörenlerin istek, beklenti ve ihtiyaçlarını bilmek ve karşılamak durumundadır. Bunu yapabilirlerse işgörenlerin moral, motivasyon ve tatminleri üzerinde etkili olabileceklerdir. İşgörenler de motive edildikleri ve tatmin oldukları örgütsel koşullarda, örgüte bağlılık duyacaklar ve bu doğrultuda performanslarını artırarak örgüt amaçları doğrultusunda çaba göstereceklerdir. Bunun için işletmelerin, varlıklarını korumaları ve sürdürmeleri için hayati öneme sahip işgörenlerin örgütsel bağlılıkları ve performanslarını artırması konusuna gereken önemi vermesi gerekir. Bu nedenle, makalede Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası’nın Ankara, İstanbul ve İzmir’de bulunan 118 şubesinde çalışan 323 işgörenin örgütsel bağlılıkları ile performansları arasında bir ilişkinin var olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak bu çalışanların örgütsel bağlılık ve performansları arasındaki pearson korelasyon katsayısı 0.145 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu sonuç, düşük seviyede zayıf bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir

A CASE STUDY on INVESTIGATION of THE RELATION BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT and PERFORMANCE of the EMPLOYEE

Banks that give service, likewise enterprises produce goods, aims to satisfy the demands and needs of the client. Enterprises should know and meet the demands, expectations and needs of the employee. If they achieve this, they will be decisive on the motivation, mood and satisfaction of their employees. And employees will develop a commitment within the frame work of organizational conditions in which they are motivated and satisfied and also by increasing their performance in this direction, they will make efforts in line with the objectives of the organization itself. Owing to this, enterprises should attribute the required importance to their employees on the subject of organizational commitment and of increasing the performance as their employees are crucial for their existance and maintenance. Because of this, in article, it has been studied there exists a relationship between organizational commitment and performance of 323 employees working in the Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir 118 branches of Türkiye Vakiflar Bankasi. As a result of the pearson correlation technique of 0.145 has been attained between organizational commitment and the performance of this employees. This result shows that it’s a weak relation in low level
