TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD AND THE POSSIBILITY OF VALUABLE ACTION IN THE CONTEXT OF LEGAL PROFESSION

Evaluation as a human activity is one of the basic components of our actions.This activity might take its origin from different kinds of sources and mighthave different purposes. The knowledge of evaluation as an activity has beenrequired for the aims and necessities of legal argumentation. In this paper,evaluations and actions during jurisdiction and also the relation between ethicalvalues of the person and evaluation activity will be discussed in the light ofİoanna Kuçuradi’s value theory and ethics. Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbirdwill be used to concretize the theoretical debate on the concept of evaluation,different types of evaluation and ethical values of the person.
