Savaşın edebiyata yansımalarını bütüncül bir bakışla saptayabilmek açısından; doğrudan somut olay, durum ya da kişilerden yola çıkarak edebî anlatım olanakları içinde belirli savaşları işleyen, anlattığı döneme tanıklık etmesiyle bir ölçüde tarihsel ve sosyolojik belge gibi de yararlanabilecek olan yapıtların yanı sıra gerek belirli bir olay, kişi ya da durumdan hareket ederek gerekse salt kavramsal boyutta kalarak bu soruna karşı-söylem perspektifinden bakan yapıtları da göz önünde bulundurmak gerekir. Hem dünya edebiyatında hem de Türk edebiyatında bu özelliği taşıyan çok sayıda roman, öykü ve şiir örneğine rastlanabilmektedir. Bunlar arasında savaş karşıtı bir söyleme dayanan şiirlerin, özellikle dikkati çektiği görülür. Öbür edebî türlere göre şiirin daha yoğun duygular barındırdığı ve okur üzerinde daha çabuk duygusal etki yarattığı kabul edilirse, söz konusu söylemi dillendirmede şiirin öncelikle tercih edilmesi anlaşılabilir bir durumdur. Tevfik Fikret ve Nâzım Hikmetten sonra Modern Türk edebiyatında savaşı olumsuz yönleriyle işleyen şairlerin sayısında hızlı bir artış görülür. Bu şiirlerde savaşın özellikle çocuklar üzerinde yarattığı ve yaratabileceği tahribat, savaş yoluyla hiçbir sorunun çözülemeyeceği, insan soyunun birbirini katletmesinin anlamsızlığı, savaşta ölen kişilerin aslında savaşı çıkaranların çıkar çatışmasıyla ilgisi bulunmayan birer kurban oluşu gibi trajik gerçekler öne çıkarılır. Özellikle karşıtı dünya görüşleri açısından kapitalizm çözümlemelerinin ve eleştirilerinin yoğunlaştığı dönemlerde yazılan savaş karşıtı şiirlerde, çeşitli bahane ve kışkırtmalarla halk çocuklarına birbirlerini öldürten güçlerin bu kıyım üzerinden işleyen kâr düzeneğini sezdirmeye yönelik göndermeler de yer bulur. Bu yazıda, savaşı olumsuzlayan şiirlerde öne çıkan ana noktalar, örneklerle saptanmaya çalışılacaktır.

IIn terms of establishing reflections of war onto the literature from an integrated viewpoint; starting directly from concrete cases, situations or persons, in addition to the works which deal with certain wars within literary narrative possibilities, which could be utilizable and enjoyable to a certain extent as historical and sociological document due to the fact that they bear witness to the period that has been narrated, starting either from a certain event, person or situation or staying at the sole conceptual dimension, It must be taken into consideration also the works of art which look at this problem from the perspective of "counter-discourse". Both in international literature and in Turkish literature a vast number of samples of novels, stories and poems could have been encountered. Among them poems which based on an anti-war discourse seem specifically remarkable. As it is considered that poem includes more strong emotions and creates rather quickest emotional impacts on reader, compared to other types of literature (literary genre), its primarily preference in expressing the said discourse is an understandable situation. After Tevfik Fikret and Nâzım Hikmet there has been a rapid increase in the number of poets who work on the war with its negative aspects in the Contemporary Turkish Literature. In these poems, such tragic realities as damage that was caused and that may be caused specifically on children, nothing could be solved by way of war, meaningless that human beings (mankind) have been murdering each other, those who died in the war have been in fact a victim of war who has nothing to do with the conflict of interest of those who started war have been highlighted. Particularly, in anti-war poems which were written at the periods wherein capitalism analyses and critisisms were intensified in terms of counter-world view, references to the implication of profit arrangement operating through such slaughtering of those forces who get the children of the nation killed by one another under various pretexts and provocations are also included. The main points which have been highlighted in the anti-war poems will be tried to be determined with examples in this essay.
