Bunun için çalışmaya elverişli genç nüfusun istihdamının sağlanması gerekmektedir. İstihdamın sağlanması için risk alabilen, fırsatlara odaklanmış, değişim odaklı, yüksek başarma ihtiyacı gibi özelliklere sahip bireylere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Geleceğin potansiyel girişimcileri olan üniversite öğrencilerinin, girişimciliğe bakış açılarını ölçmek ve öğrencilerin kişisel özelliklerinin girişimcilik eğilimleri üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek gerekmektedir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda gerekli bulguların elde edilebilmesi için Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Çarşamba Ticaret Borsası Meslek Yüksek Okulunda okuyan 2. Sınıf öğrencilerine girişimcilik düzeylerini belirlemek ve geleceğe yönelik beklentilerini ortaya koymak için anket çalışması uygulanmış ve gerekli istatistiksel analizler SPSS programı ile değerlendirilerek yorumlanmıştır.
