The main aim of this research is to evaluate the in-service programs the views of the secondary school teachers. The sample of the research consists of 160 secondary school teachers working in the randomly chosen schools located in the boundary of Malatya Municipality. A likert type questionnaire was used as a data gathering tool in order to determine the efficiency of the in-training programs. In the questionnaire there are 30 items and 5 choices about their application levels as “absolutely yes, quite, partially, very little, absolutely no”. The codes from 5 to 1 were given to be used in the analyses of the choices. Alfa reliability coefficient was calculated as 0.95. The frequency and percentage of the views of teachers were given in the form of a table in the data analysis. The data about the working years of the teachers, education level, questions related to the evaluation of in-training programs were assessed by variance-analysis; and LSD test was used to determine the level of difference, In conclusion, it was found out that, the secondary school teachers give enough time a place to activities given in the evaluation in-training programs, there is a difference between the views of teachers according to their socio-economic status, the last high school from which they graduated, the number of students in their class and schools Based on these results, some suggestions have been made about the planning of in-training programs.
