OTANTİK LİDERLİĞİN PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYE, İŞE KAPILMA VE OKUL BAŞARISIYLA İLİŞKİSİ

Bu araştırmanın amacı, ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin okul müdürlerinin otantik liderlik davranışlarına yönelik algıları, psikolojik sermaye, işe kapılma algıları ve okul başarısı arasındaki yapısal ilişkileri açıklayan teorik modelleri test etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda otantik liderlik, psikolojik sermaye, işe kapılma ve okul başarısı ile ilgili alan yazından yararlanılarak oluşturulan iki model sınanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, tabakalı örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen, 20 farklı ortaokulda görev yapan 274 ortaokul öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri Otantik Liderlik Ölçeği, Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği ve İşe Kapılma Ölçeği ile toplanmış olup, örneklem grubunda yer alan ortaokulların 2016-2017 öğretim yılı Temel Eğitimden Ortaöğretime Geçiş Sınavı puanları ortalaması okul başarısı değişkeninin belirlenmesinde kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda okul müdürlerinin sergilediği otantik liderlik davranışlarının, öğretmenlerin psikolojik sermaye düzeyleri üzerinde olumlu anlamda etkili olarak hem okul başarısına hem de öğretmenlerin işte akış deneyimi yaşamalarına katkı sağladığı görülmüştür.
